Lydia Wilson Foundation

Lydia Wilson Foundation is a non-profit, non-religious, non-political and an international non-governmental organisation working to improve the living conditions of the vulnerable which include Internally displaced Persons (IDPs), orphans, widow(er)s and aged people living in our communities through direct programmes such as education, agriculture, food security, health and micro-finance.

We operate predominantly in Scotland in the United Kingdom and Nigeria, though we reach out to other countries where there is great need.

Wilson Disease Association

Symptom: Golden to greenish-brown
ring of copper around the cornea

Wilson's disease is a rare, inherited genetic disorder that causes copper to build up in the liver, brain, and other organs. This buildup can lead to liver damage, liver disease, and neurological and psychiatric problems, such as tremors, difficulty walking, mood swings, and speech issues. If left untreated, the condition can be fatal, but it can be managed with early detection and lifelong treatment.

Dog & Equine Rescue

Our primary focus has been to give dogs in over capacity shelters their second chance. Our headquarters in Appleton, Wisconsin has kennel space for up to six dogs at a time. The plan is to be able to grow our network of trusted FOSTERHAUS homes to give more dogs a safe and soft place to land while we rehabilitate and search for the perfect match in an adoption family.

Wilson Zoo Rescue

Wilson Zoo is a non-profit, foster-based cat rescue in Northwest Arkansas that focuses on rehabilitating injured and neglected cats from the region

The Adrienne Wilson
Liver Cancer Association

I could not save Adrienne from liver cancer, but I have made it my mission to tell her story and to help others suffering from this devastating disease. Together — we can fight and win — the war against liver cancer.

The Wilson Family Foundation

The Kemmons Wilson Family Foundation was created in Memphis in 1960 to make positive investments in the city loved by both Dorothy and Kemmons Wilson. [In 1952, Kemmons opened his first Holiday Inn hotel]

Wilson Foundation

In 1963, the Wilson Foundation was established by Joseph C. Wilson, then Chair of the Board of Xerox Corporation, and his wife, Peggy. As he shepherded his father's company, Haloid, from a small photographic paper manufacturer to the multi-national corporation Xerox, Joe Wilson developed a reputation as a thoughtful leader committed to addressing problems head-on.
